No, RealtyPlug uses Oodle API, which aggregates real estate listings from just about everywhere in the US, Canada, and UK.

We are currently working on an IDX version, too, which we plan to launch in the coming months. At that time, you'll be able to choose either Oodle or your IDX as a source for searches. The difference is that Oodle can provide listings for just about anywhere, along with some FSBO and Foreclosure listings that the IDX feed won't have. The IDX, obviously, will only include listings data from your local MLS, but will have more detailed information. Also, with the IDX version, you must obtain permission from your local MLS board, which isn't needed withe the Oodle version.

Yes, all you need is one RealtyPlug account and you can add a real estate to search to an unlimited number of websites and blogs, in addition to your Facebook page.

Once you enter a listing in RealtyPlug will be syndicated to the following real estate websites within 48 hours: Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Yahoo Real Estate, Oodle.com, and Facebook Marketplace, and as a Featured listing in your Facebook Fanpage and anywhere else you add a custom search widget (your website and/or blog).

We’ve made it very easy for you to cancel your account. During the Free Trial Period, a countdown of how many days are left in the Free trial is displayed in the upper right-hand corner of your Member Control in LARGE red text.  That text can be clicked at anytime to access the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ area, where you can click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link to cancel your subscription – just a click of a button.

Once you’re a paid member you can navigate to that same section from the “Account Settings” tab in the member control panel, and cancel at anytime with a click of a button.

No, no, and no. It’s really this simple… There is a 15 day free trial, and if you cancel by the 15th day, then you're not charged a singly penny. If you don’t happen to cancel by the 15th day, and would like to continue using the application, then you are automatically charged $10 and become a paid member.
